Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to ensure the proper execution of administrative and operational processes across branches, with a commercial focus and inventory control, serving as a key liaison between management and sales points. Link Pack de México S.A. de C.V., a distributor of glass packaging, has an available vacancy: *OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR (Branches)* We seek a professional responsible for ensuring the proper execution of administrative and operational processes across our branches, with a strong focus on the commercial area and inventory control. This position is critical to ensuring compliance with internal policies, operational efficiency, and achievement of sales targets. The role serves as a liaison between senior management, commercial management, and sales points, ensuring that strategy translates into concrete field results. The position’s operational bases are our warehouses located in Colonia Morelos and Colonia Las Juntas in Guadalajara, plus continuous supervision of our three local branches and frequent travel to external branches in CDMX, Puebla, Querétaro, Morelia, Colima, and León. ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field (completed). * Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, sales, or retail supervision. * Experience managing personnel and multidisciplinary teams. * Knowledge of inventory control, audits, and KPI management. * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. * Full availability for frequent travel. * Valid driver’s license (mandatory). ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Supervise daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with established policies, processes, and standards. * Monitor key performance indicators (sales, customer service, inventory, quality, turnover, shrinkage, and productivity). * Coordinate and support the sales team to ensure achievement of commercial goals. * Implement and supervise sales strategies, promotions, and commercial campaigns. * Control and audit physical vs. system inventory, identifying discrepancies and proposing corrective actions. * Ensure proper product supply to branches and coordinate with logistics-related departments. * Train and develop staff. * Identify improvement opportunities in administrative, operational, and commercial processes. * Prepare performance reports, performance analyses, and action plans. * Address and resolve internal and external conflicts arising from operations. ***Employment Offer:*** * Fixed salary: $15,000 \- $17,000 monthly, before taxes. * Working hours: Monday to Friday (09:00 \- 18:00 hrs). * Statutory benefits. * 30 days’ year-end bonus. * Meal vouchers: $800 monthly. * Savings fund. * Quarterly productivity bonus up to 66\.66% of gross monthly salary. * Company holidays (Holy Week and Christmas). * Utility equipment: Laptop, mobile phone, and vehicle (fuel included).
