Logistics company seeks Transport Coordinator Requirements: Completed Bachelor's degree (Diploma and ID) 2 years of experience in logistics operations ° Generate and comply with performance metrics (KPIs) for their area. ° Keep supervisor, manager, or client informed of operational status through daily metrics. ° Identify operational opportunities to implement corrective, preventive actions and promote process improvements using quality formats (QDOC). ° Ensure compliance with data entry and information recording processes in the system to maintain a historical record and generate reports. ° Verify that their work area has the necessary operational materials to perform their duties. ° Escalate all necessary incidents according to the escalation or incident reporting level where a situation is resolved. ° Ensure unit productivity based on volume and routes.
