Ensure product quality and compliance with requirements Job Description We are seeking a Process Engineer responsible for developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes through the application of automotive Core Tools and continuous improvement tools, ensuring product quality and compliance with customer requirements. Main Responsibilities: - Participate in APQP projects from planning through launch - Develop and update FMEA, Control Plan, flow diagrams, SPC, and PPAP - Design and validate manufacturing processes - Analyze process data to identify improvement opportunities - Implement lean manufacturing tools (waste reduction, rework reduction, and efficiency improvement) - Manage engineering changes for products and processes - Participate in root cause analysis (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa) - Implement corrective and preventive actions - Ensure compliance with customer requirements and regulatory standards - Participate in internal, customer, and certification audits - Train operational staff on established processes Requirements: - Completed Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field) - Knowledge of Core Tools: APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, PPAP - Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 - Proficiency in continuous improvement tools (Lean Manufacturing) - Intermediate English - Proficiency in Excel / Office - Minitab proficiency preferred We Offer: Benefits exceeding legal requirements (grocery vouchers, savings fund) Growth opportunities Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00; Saturday, 8:00–12:30 Salary commensurate with experience: $22,000–$25,000 MXN monthly. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 2 years of experience Age: between 25 and 45 years Keywords: engineers, engineer, ing, engineer, area, industry, industrial, industria
