




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring timely product packaging, quality compliance, area cleanliness, and inventory control. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for packaging and compliance with the production schedule. 2. Ensures compliance with hygiene and product quality procedures. 3. Manages inventory, labeling, and staff training. RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for ensuring products are packaged correctly and on time, depending on production blocks and delivery schedules. • Responsible for completing the entire daily production schedule within the assigned shift. Otherwise, the on-duty team is responsible for completing the schedule. • Responsible for inspecting or determining which products on carts located in the oven area have cooled down, then moving them to the packaging work area to begin processing; also responsible for consolidating surplus sweet bread and arranging it onto empty carts. • Ensures compliance with procedures to prevent cross-contamination, including proper glove usage. • Ensures all necessary supplies are available before packaging begins. o Bags, per product specifications. o Ties (ribbons). o Plastic boxes or glass jars for product placement. o Gloves. o Labelers. o Markers and text stamps. • Responsible for verifying that all packaged products are properly labeled with the correct label color, batch number, and expiration date. • Responsible for verifying product quality against specifications. o Deformed. o Damaged. o Broken. o Generally in poor condition. • Responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness in their work area: o Sweeping the area. o Cleaning tables and utensils. o Leaving empty carts in designated areas. • Ensures compliance with procedures for controlling operational utensils. • Responsible for attending all required trainings and managing training for their direct reports. • Responsible for rotating products stored in the warehouse. • Responsible for completing all required forms and entering data into the system. • Responsible for reporting incidents involving their staff. -Requirements- Minimum education: High school diploma (General Baccalaureate) 3 years of experience Age: between 25 and 50 years Knowledge: Coordination ability, Packaging Keywords: resident, supervisor, assistant manager, deputy manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, team leader
