Quality control during execution of construction work or service **OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR** **Job Objective** Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the correct execution of industrial flooring works (epoxy, cementitious urethane, concrete polishing, and related services), guaranteeing quality, safety, productivity, timely completion, and efficient use of resources, aligned with company standards. **We Offer** * Competitive salary of $16,000 – $18,000 * KPI-based bonuses of 15% – 30% (Time, quality, safety, personnel, costs, administration, customers.) * Total monthly income of $18,400 – $20,800 \| $20,700 \- $23,400 * Statutory benefits **Requirements** * Technical degree in construction, industrial maintenance, or related field * Partially completed or completed engineering degree (preferred) * Age between 28 and 45 years * 2 to 5 years of experience as a construction or industrial services supervisor at plant sites * Proven experience managing operational crews * Availability for extended working hours * Willingness to travel to local and out-of-town job sites as required **Responsibilities** * *Direct supervision of operational crews in the field* * *Coordination of industrial flooring and coating works* * *Quality control during execution of construction work or service* * *Monitoring of schedules, performance, and productivity* * *Supervision of proper use of materials and tools* * *Preparation of progress reports* * *Verification of compliance with industrial safety standards* * *Direct client interaction on-site* * *Resolution of operational incidents* * *Logistical coordination of resources and personnel* ***Working Hours*** *Flexible schedule availability is required.* ***Location*** *Mondelez Tlajomulco; however, please note that assignments may also be located elsewhere.* Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
