Requirements: • Environmental, Industrial Engineering or related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in this role. • Knowledge: Municipal, state, and federal environmental laws and regulations; personnel management; conflict resolution; environmental regulatory compliance and STPS. Responsibilities: 1\. Manage environmental permits and obligations before municipal, state, and federal authorities (SEMARNAT, SEMADET, CONAGUA, PROFEPA) to ensure regulatory compliance and validity of permits, registrations, and licenses. 2\. Control comprehensive waste management (hazardous, special handling, and urban), ensuring proper classification, storage, transportation, and final disposal through authorized providers, as well as retention of evidence and manifests. 3\. Implement, execute, and monitor special waste and hazardous waste management plans to minimize risks to health and the environment. 4\. Manage and monitor the operation of the treatment plant, including 5\. review of water quality analyses and submission of corresponding declarations to Declaragua. 6\.
