We offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment where every employee has the opportunity to grow and develop professionally. \- Location: **The position is located in La Capilla del Refugio, Ixtlahuacán de los Membrillos, Jalisco.** **Job Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related field, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience. * Experience: Prior experience in fleet management and inventory control. * Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and efficient problem-solving capabilities. * Essential administrative skills. * Proficiency in Excel. **Job Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise diesel supply for the vehicle fleet. * Monitor and control fuel consumption per unit. * Track route scheduling and delivery timetables. * Prepare performance and diesel consumption efficiency reports. **Compensation and Additional Benefits** * Monthly salary ranging from 24000 to 28000\. * Additional benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Life insurance and major medical expense coverage. * Ongoing training and employee wellness programs. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and half-day on Saturdays.
