If you are a person passionate about service, who works well in teams, enjoys continuous learning and discipline, this is a great opportunity! **Operational Recruiter** How can you join our team? * Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration (LAE), or Human Resources. * Availability for 100% on-site work. * Field-based activities. * 1–2 years of experience recruiting operational profiles. What are the main responsibilities? * Conducting initial interviews and following up on interview processes with clients. * Implementing personnel attraction strategies. * Preparing reports. * Interacting with new hires and collecting required documents. * Managing social media accounts and posting on job platforms. * Participating in job fairs or other field activities.
