Planning and continuous improvement **HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineer or related field. * Experience in Industrial Maintenance area processes (electromechanical and mechanical). * Experience using AutoCAD. * Experience interpreting blueprints. * Support in applying disciplinary actions to staff for acts of indiscipline. * Experience working under objectives and goals. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Issuance of requested work orders. * Conflict and problem resolution. * Knowledge of STPS regulations applicable to maintenance areas. * Daily planning of tasks to be performed and assignment to personnel under supervision. * Submission of weekly and monthly reports. * Implementation of continuous improvement processes. **WE OFFER:** * **Net weekly salary of $4,000.00.** * **Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 hrs; Saturday, 08:00–13:00 hrs; Sunday off.** * **Statutory benefits.** * **Excellent working environment.
