Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to build and maintain relationships with key clients, develop growth strategies, and ensure goal achievement through negotiation and market analysis. Anticipate needs and propose innovative solutions Main Responsibilities: * **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong and trustworthy relationships with our client Farmacias GDL, serving as the primary point of contact. In the near future, establish initial engagement with Farmacias del Ahorro or another pharmacy chain in the same sector. * **Strategic Planning:** Develop customized strategies for each account, identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion. * **Negotiation:** Negotiate contracts, agreements, and terms for mutual benefit, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with company objectives. * **Analysis:** Research market trends, analyze customer and competitor data to make informed decisions. * **Internal Coordination:** Collaborate with other departments (marketing, finance, operations) to ensure value delivery and achievement of client objectives. * **Goal Achievement:** Ensure attainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as revenue growth, customer retention, and satisfaction. * **Proactivity:** Anticipate customers' future needs and propose innovative solutions—e.g., in the healthcare sector—to incorporate treatments and technologies.
