Solid knowledge of: Imported groceries Wines Cheeses Supplements Gourmet and specialized retail products Technical Knowledge Disciplined, exemplary, and motivating leadership. Extensive experience in conflict resolution. Development and monitoring of KPIs and dashboards. Merchandising and commercial strategies. Customer service and experience. Sales and achievement of targets. Inventory control. Administration, accounting, and finance. Personnel management. Management of operational and commercial indicators. Planograms and displays.
