Demand generation and promotion of product value propositions **Reputable Distribution Company** Location: Álamo Position Sought: **Technical Sales Engineer** **Requirements:** · Gender: Unrestricted · Age: 30 years and older · Completed engineering degree (electrical, electronic, mechatronic, industrial, or related field) · Minimum **3 to 4 years** of experience · Experience interacting with commercial departments, industrial customers, and engineering projects. · **English proficiency preferred** (technical reading and basic communication). · Strong technical-commercial orientation, communication skills, and results-driven mindset. **Responsibilities:** * Generate demand through promotion and dissemination of the product portfolio’s value proposition. * Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies that drive customer selection of our products for their projects. * Define methodology and internally promote best practices for achieving successful and profitable sales. * Develop technical materials and presentations. * Actively participate in industrial associations, training sessions, and technical events to reinforce differentiated product positioning. * Contribute to the evolution of the product portfolio’s value proposition based on interactions with customers/market/channels. * Increase the value of each project by adding complementary products to the core solution—especially those the company aims to promote as part of its growth strategy. **Offer Includes:** * **Base Monthly Salary: $30,000 MXN**, extendable up to **$35,000 MXN**, depending on profile. * **Annual Performance Bonus:** 4% of annual salary. * Major medical expense insurance. * Life insurance. **Statutory Benefits, including:** \- 12 vacation days \- 50% vacation bonus \- 15-day year-end bonus (aguinaldo) \- Food vouchers (10%) \- Savings fund (13%) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. \- 5:30 p.m. (Hybrid model) 3 days office, 2 days remote work.
