Assembly, organization, and indexing of digital files **Cadima ¡¡Talent Attraction!! is seeking a File Analyst in Guadalajara, Jalisco** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- File Analyst (Hybrid Mode) We are expanding our team and looking for young, organized talent eager to grow with us in the areas of document management and commerce. **What qualifications do you need?** * **Education:** Recent graduate in Business Administration, International Commerce, or related fields. * **Skills:** Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with digital tools. **Your main responsibilities:** * Assembly, organization, and structuring of digital files (customs entry\-invoice\-supporting documents). * Classification, renaming, and indexing of documentary files. * Proactive identification of missing documents. * Preparation of biweekly reports and participation in monthly virtual meetings. * Rigorous administrative control using Excel and shared Google Drive. **What we offer:** * **Hybrid work model:** Balance between personal and professional life. + 2 days per week onsite at the facility (8:00 am to 5:00 pm). + Remaining days remote (Home Office). * **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday. * **Statutory benefits** * **Fixed salary** * **Work location:** Technology Park, Guadalajara, Jal. **Are you interested in this challenge?** We’d love to meet you!
