




Job Summary: Oversees and optimizes online sales platforms, managing products, orders, and customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience and achieve digital objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Manages and optimizes key e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Walmart. 2. Manages products, prices, and online promotions, and processes orders. 3. Tracks shipments, inventory, and post-sales customer service. Manage, optimize, and supervise the company's online sales platforms, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers, accurate product presentation, and achievement of digital channel goals. Experience with Shopify and Walmart Marketplace is desirable. Key Responsibilities: • Administer and process e-commerce platform orders. • Manage and update products, descriptions, prices, and promotions on marketplaces and online stores. • Monitor order shipments closely to ensure customers receive them within stipulated timeframes. • Supervise digital inventory and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to guarantee product availability and proper dispatch. • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews across various digital platforms. • Conduct post-sales follow-up and manage incidents, claims, and returns. • Daily management and operation of e-commerce platforms, primarily Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, Amazon, and Mercado Libre. • Generate sales, order, and inventory level reports. Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Digital Business, or related field. (Recent graduates or interns are welcome) • Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role managing online stores or marketplaces. • Technical knowledge: o Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Walmart, Amazon, Mercado Libre, among others). o Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, reporting). o Basic knowledge of shipping logistics and customer service. Skills: • Effective communication. • Task organization and follow-up. • Customer service orientation. • Proactivity and results-driven mindset. • Problem-solving ability. • Ability to work under pressure.
