Job Summary: Bugar Automotriz Service is seeking an Administrative Assistant with experience in billing, customer and supplier service, and report tracking to support administrative and commercial operations. Potential to identify sales opportunities and channel them effectively. **Bugar Automotriz Service requires:** Administrative Assistant Minimum Education: * Completed high school (mandatory) Knowledge and Experience: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Knowledge of billing procedures * Experience in customer and supplier service * Preparation, control, and tracking of administrative reports * Tracking of tasks and communication within workgroups and digital channels Skills and Competencies: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Articulate speech and professional demeanor * Potential to accurately identify and channel sales opportunities * Strong organizational and follow-up skills * Attention to detail and handling of confidential information * Service-oriented attitude and results-driven focus * Ability to work effectively in a team * Proactivity, responsibility, and adaptability Main Responsibilities: * Customer and supplier service and follow-up * Support in billing and administrative control processes * Preparation and updating of reports * Timely follow-up on requests, pending items, and agreements * Support in customer communication, identifying needs and business opportunities * General support in administrative activities Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (remote coverage) Statutory Benefits Base Salary: $12,000 \+ Bonus: $2,000
