Generation of reliable accounting information **Position: Junior Accountant** **Location:** El Coli Urbano \- 15 min from Plaza del Sol **Job Objective:** Support the company's accounting and financial management, ensuring accurate transaction recording, tax compliance, and generation of reliable information for decision-making. **Responsibilities and Activities:** * Recording and control of accounting entries (revenues, expenses, and journal entries). * Monthly bank reconciliations. * Support in preparing financial statements. * Control and recording of accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Calculation and filing of taxes (e.g., ISR, IVA). * Integration and cleansing of accounting accounts. * Support during internal and external audits. * Management and control of accounting and tax documentation. * Review of invoicing (revenues and expenses). * Support in monthly and annual accounting closings. * Fulfillment of tax obligations before relevant authorities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting (degree conferred). * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of general and tax accounting. * Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., CONTPAQi, SAP, or similar). * Intermediate Excel skills. * Familiarity with Mexican tax regulations is preferred. **Competencies:** * Attention to detail * Organization * Numerical analysis * Responsibility * Teamwork **We Offer:** * Salary: $25,000 to $30,000 per month, pre-tax * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Food vouchers * Year-end bonus exceeding statutory requirements * Gasoline allowance or transportation service * Subsidized cafeteria Salary: $25,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
