Key responsibilities include: * **Network Optimization:** Plan network expansion and optimize the placement of Delivery Stations (DS), Transit Centers (CDC), and delivery routes to improve operational efficiency. * **Supplier Management:** Select, onboard, and manage Courier Service Providers (CSP/EDSP), evaluate their performance and service quality, and coordinate improvement plans. * **Operational Analysis:** Monitor key metrics (on-time delivery, delivery success rate, complaints), identify anomalies, and manage exceptions (delays, station issues) to ensure operational stability. **Key Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields. * **Skills:** Strong **data analysis skills** to develop optimization strategies, and solid **supplier management** and **communication skills**. * **Software:** Proficiency in **Excel, SQL, and BI tools** is preferred.
