Management of suppliers and electromechanical systems City Express By Marriott Hotels is currently seeking a **"Maintenance Manager"** for the **City Express Plus by Marriott Guadalajara Palomar Hotel**. **What qualifications do I need?** * Technical degree in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial Electricity, Control Technology, Mechanical Technology, or Electrical Technology (graduated, recent graduate, or intern). * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in a similar position. * Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday, and half-day Saturdays (weekend on-call duties required). **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all facilities. * Maintain emergency power generation systems, electrical installations, air conditioning systems, water heaters, hydro-pneumatic systems, filtration systems, water treatment systems, industrial washers and dryers. * Plumbing and sanitary installations. * Finishes (plaster, paint, etc.). * Supplier management. **What benefits will I receive?** * Salary range: $20,000 MXN gross per month * Statutory benefits * Meal allowance * Savings fund * Direct employment contract **Work location: Av.
