Position Summary: We are seeking an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose issues, and carry out installations. Key Highlights: 1. Attention to detail and teamwork skills Job Requirements: \- Prior experience as an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician. \- Minimum education: Technical diploma in the field. \- Knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems Work location is a few blocks from Minerva ***Job Requirements*** Job Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. Diagnose and resolve issues in climate control systems. Carry out installations and repairs as needed. Maintain records and reports of performed activities. ***Experience:*** Minimum 2 years of HVAC system maintenance experience in industrial environments. ***Technical Knowledge:*** HVAC, VRV, mini-split, chiller, and air handling unit diagnosis and repair. Perform preventive maintenance by cleaning reheat coils and air handling units, and monitoring and calibrating air handling units. Use of specialized tools: Refrigeration gauges Vacuum pump Leak detector Digital multimeter Infrared thermometer Interpretation of electrical and refrigeration diagrams. Cleaning, adjustment, and repair of HVAC systems and warranty service provision. Refrigerant charging and recovery in compliance with environmental regulations. Strong knowledge of industrial safety.
