Interpretation of structural drawings and use of specialized software **HEVA TRANSFORMACIONES** is seeking: ***Warehouse Supervisor on Construction Site*** **Job Objective:** To manage, control, and coordinate operations related to steel metal structures, ensuring proper identification, safeguarding, supply, and logistics of materials and components for fabrication and assembly, thereby contributing to the efficient completion of projects and preventing operational delays at construction sites and in production. **Main Responsibilities:** * Identification, classification, and labeling of structural components according to drawings and technical specifications. * Monitoring assembly and timely supply of required components at construction sites and in production. * Coordination of logistics and movement of materials, structures, and metal components. * Control of material, tool, and equipment entries and exits from the warehouse. * Interpretation of structural and fabrication drawings for component location and identification. * Use and consultation of technical tools such as AutoCAD and other industry-related software. * Basic knowledge and use of Trimble for reviewing and locating structural components. * Physical verification of materials and structures against drawings, bills of materials, and requisitions. * Preparation and management of inventories for materials, plates, beams, tubular products, and consumables. * Coordination with production, engineering, and assembly teams for supply scheduling. * Preparation of materials and components for shipping and delivery to construction sites. * Supervision of warehouse organization, arrangement, and cleanliness. * Tracking of shortages, damages, or incidents related to materials and structures. * Ensuring proper storage and protection of structural materials. * Coordinating loading and unloading of materials with operators and suppliers. * Reporting deviations, shortages, or identification errors to the relevant department. * Complying with and promoting industrial safety standards within the warehouse and operational areas. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Job Requirements:** *Education:* **Technical Degree** *Experience:* * Minimum 1–2 years in industrial warehousing, metal structures, or construction materials. * Experience in structural component control and construction-site logistics. **Technical Knowledge:** * Interpretation of structural and workshop drawings. * Basic/intermediate AutoCAD proficiency. * Familiarity with similar software. * Knowledge of Trimble usage. * Inventory control and material logistics. * Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency. * Identification of structural profiles (beams, plates, tubular products, PTR, etc.). **Skills:** * Organization and control. * Attention to detail. * Logistics planning. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Problem solving. * Sense of urgency. * Operational responsibility and leadership. **Working Conditions:** * Monthly salary: 14,000–16,000 MXN (Nominal) * Weekly payment * Savings Fund: 8% * Attendance Bonus: 10% * Statutory Benefits * Social Security (IMSS) * 12 days of vacation * Per Diem: **2100** * **Camp Accommodation** ***Job Opening for Zitácuaro, Michoacán!*** Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturdays, 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Salary: $14,000.00 – $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Experience: * Steel structure assembly: 2 years (Preferred) Willingness to travel: * 100% (Preferred) Workplace: On-site employment
