Job Summary: Ensure equipment availability and optimal performance through planning, analysis, and execution of maintenance programs, contributing to production. Key Responsibilities: 1. Planning and execution of maintenance programs. 2. Extensive knowledge of profiling and profile interpretation in reflow ovens. 3. Preventive and corrective maintenance of SMT equipment. Job Objective: Ensure equipment availability and optimal performance through planning, analysis, implementation, and execution of maintenance programs, supporting on-time and in-full production delivery. * Shift: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. * Attendance bonus * Meal vouchers * Savings fund * Enhanced benefits Requirements: * Education: Technical High School Diploma or higher in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related fields * Equipment knowledge: * Pick and Place * Panasonic * Fuji Nxt * Screen printer * AOI * Reflow ovens \- Extensive knowledge of profiling in reflow ovens and profile interpretation. \- Preventive maintenance for printers, ovens, pick and place machines, etc. \- Creation of profiler cards. \- Stencil cleaning. \- Stencil inspection. \- Provides technical support to engineering and process development personnel. \- Line changeover configuration. \- Performs corrective maintenance. \- Use of hand tools \- Basic English \- Minimum 2 years of experience in SMT equipment maintenance within an electronics company is preferred Salary: $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Company parking * Complimentary uniforms * Meal vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
