End-to-end project follow-up from design to installation **Grupo Barcocinas is hiring a Kitchen Sales Representative** **Available locations:** Juan Gil, Tonalá, and Javier Mina. We are looking for a **Kitchen Sales Representative focused on design and customer service.** The role’s objective is to design custom kitchens according to client needs, specifying dimensions and materials so the production team can execute each project precisely. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Completed high school; technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, or related field * Experience in sales and customer service * *Basic proficiency in Promob or willingness to learn the platform* * Knowledge of interior design and technical drawing * Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Organizational skills, cleanliness, and teamwork * Flexible availability **Responsibilities:** * Customer service and consultation at branch locations * Designing kitchens according to client specifications * Preparing quotations and closing sales * Providing production team with blueprints, measurements, materials, and technical details * Monitoring production and installation processes for each sold project * Conducting on-site measurements at the client’s home when authorized * Maintaining cleanliness and order in the branch and work area * Achieving commercial targets **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We offer: * Base salary \+ commission structure * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Complimentary uniforms * Gym membership discount * Special discounts and preferential pricing * Employee referral program Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
