Ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations **Job Objective:** We are seeking a **HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR** to plan, administer, and direct the organization's human resources, ensuring recruitment of personnel matching required profiles, conflict resolution, identification of well-being and training needs, and ensuring the company complies with all applicable labor laws and regulations. * Statutory benefits * Base salary * Monday to Friday * Continuous training **Education:** * B.A. in Human Resources * B.A. in Psychology * B.A. in Business Administration or related field **Additional Education:** * Master’s degree or diploma in Organizational Development (desirable) * HR **Experience:** More than 5 years in this role. **Competencies:** Leadership, logistical management, planning, problem solving, teamwork, effective communication, proficiency with technological tools, planning, organization, time management, problem solving, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, flexibility, stress management, results-oriented, responsibility, customer service orientation, time management, proactive attitude, strong drive. **Technical and Administrative Skills:** * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law * Knowledge of recruitment and hiring tools * Knowledge and experience in personnel administration * Tools for Training and Development of personnel * Coordination of well-being activities * Occupational Safety and Health * Civil Protection * Experience in construction companies **Main Job Responsibilities:** * Design and implement staffing and recruitment strategies * Monitor progress of recruitment and selection to fill current vacancies and take corrective actions in case of deviations * Ensure proper hiring, collection of required documents, and onboarding of new employees * Identify needs and implement training and development programs * Organizational climate assessment, 360-degree evaluations, and NOM-035-STPS compliance * Ensure legal compliance in employee separations * Maintain updated personnel files containing all necessary documentation for service provision * Manage labor claims filed by employees against the organization * Supervise compliance with the internal work regulations and take corrective actions in case of deviations * Administration and control of administrative records * Salary and wage administration * Develop and regularly update corporate manuals (policies, code of ethics, employee handbook, Internal Work Regulations) * Identify labor and social benefits * Oversee implementation of scheduled activities and general services requirements * Ensure achievement of Human Resources department KPIs * Manage annual budgets assigned to the HR department * Develop job descriptions for the company * Manage corporate organizational charts * Ensure accurate payroll data entry, calculation, and generation * Payroll stamping and CFDI generation, ensuring timely and correct delivery to employees * Record and register incidents in the SUA system * Address requests from STPS and IMSS * Manage enrollment, termination, and affiliation changes in the IDSE system for payroll personnel * Implement performance evaluation and goal-setting systems to measure employee progress and identify areas for improvement * Ensure the company complies with all applicable labor laws and regulations * Foster a respectful and collaborative work environment by resolving conflicts and promoting communication * Ensure management and compliance with SIROC obligations Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you reside in Guadalajara, Jalisco?
