Positive work environment **Anser is looking for an Architect in San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jalisco** ------------------------------------------------------------ We are seeking an Architect with a creative and technical focus to join our project team. Your main responsibilities will include developing customized proposals, designing furniture, and coordinating with the workshop for execution. ### **Responsibilities:** * Developing architectural and furniture drawings. * 3D modeling and project visualization. * Preparing bill-of-quantities and supporting budgeting efforts. * Coordinating with carpenters and technical staff. * Tracking customized projects. * Supporting creative proposals with a functional focus. ### **Requirements:** * Architecture student in final semesters or recent graduate. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD and SketchUp** (mandatory). * Basic knowledge of **bill-of-quantities and unit pricing**. * Basic proficiency in **Microsoft Office suite**. * Creative profile with a technical orientation. * Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented. * Ability to adapt to custom projects. * Teamwork skills, especially with workshop personnel. ### **We Offer:** * Salary: $12,000 monthly (net) * Statutory benefits * Positive work environment * Creative and diverse projects * Professional development in design and specialized carpentry ### **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ### **Location:** Tlaquepaque, Jalisco (La Duraznera neighborhood) **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- currently enrolled **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Furniture *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69c69b42350000310008621e\&source\=indeed*
