Sous Chef In this role, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse administration and requisitioning necessary supplies for gastronomy practical sessions without disruption, fully complying at all times with institutional regulations. Your work will align with our global mission, generating impact on the academic excellence of our graduates. Your Key Responsibilities 1\. Raw material and supply requisition 2\. Delivery of lectures and workshops within gastronomy laboratories 3\. Delivery of gastronomy workshops for NI (New Instructors), retention, and absorption 5\. Verification of laboratory and warehouse inventories 6\. Maintenance of gastronomy laboratory control before, during, and upon closure of the academic cycle.
