Provide process technical support aligned with the company’s overall business objectives, ensuring consistency with both customer-defined and Foxconn corporate objectives; define, advise on, execute work plans, validations, and provide support. Monitor and ensure compliance with business needs and customer requirements. Manage special projects and implementation of new manufacturing processes. **Profile Requirements as Pre\-Requisites:** * Teamwork. * Interpretation of engineering drawings (gerbers, schematics, etc). * Ability to resolve complex issues on the production line. * Tooling, fixture, jig design, etc. (SMT, routers, conventional wave, selective wave, conformal coat, etc.) * Generation, interpretation, and optimization of wave and reflow oven profiles. * Knowledge and improvement of solder paste printer, pick-and-place, press-fit, and conformal coat programs. * Knowledge and improvement of reflow oven and conventional/selective wave profiles. * Proactive participation and execution in accordance with Foxconn’s Code of Conduct. * Effective and continuous communication both within and outside the company to minimize misunderstandings or false expectations. * Demonstrate responsibility, ownership, initiative, and leadership in assigned activities. * Maximize company time usage to add value to assigned responsibilities. * Prioritize and focus on business productivity tasks (business sense). * Sense of urgency. * Be disciplined and punctual regarding commitments, activities, and tasks assigned to your responsibility. * Develop, maintain, and improve the processes for which you are responsible. * Know, comply with, and uphold personal safety and asset security measures as stipulated by Foxconn policies. * Comply with and support all regulatory standards required for the position: (ISO, UL, CSA, CCC, OHS, etc.) * Know and develop detailed knowledge of your functions. **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in engineering or related fields. **Languages:** English spoken and written at 60\-80% proficiency. **Experience:** 2 to 3 years in engineering fields. **Job Requirements and Skills:** * Interaction with tooling and consumables suppliers. * Development, generation, and documentation of procedures and Work Instructions. * Development of Flowcharts and Process Mapping. * Teamwork and Kaizen. * Software packages and applications. * Know and understand the company’s Quality Policy and communicate it effectively. * Knowledge and improvement of conventional and selective wave profiles. * Knowledge of pick-and-place equipment programming. * Knowledge and improvement of reflow oven profiles. * Proficiency in the 8D methodology. * Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards. * Knowledge of SPC.
