Participate in continuous improvement projects ### **Company Specializing in Textile Rental and Laundry Services Seeks** ### **Industrial Maintenance Engineer** **Job Objective:** Ensure the execution of maintenance work on plant equipment and their functionality in accordance with our management system policies. **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure the execution of maintenance work on plant equipment and their functionality. * Maintain efficient use of supplies, while developing and optimizing the skills of all maintenance personnel to fulfill all departmental functions. * Perform maintenance on production and service equipment to eliminate rework. * Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance on production and service equipment to ensure machinery remains in optimal condition at all times. * Record supply consumption and corrective maintenance activities for analysis and proposal of continuous improvements. * Comply with environmental and quality management systems within your area. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. * Manage training and coaching of personnel under your supervision, ensuring all team members possess the necessary skills and knowledge for daily tasks. * Participate in continuous improvement projects. * Implement TPM tools and teamwork practices to optimize maintenance work execution in the plant. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Instrumentation Engineer, Electronic Engineer or Mechatronics Engineer **(Completed Degree Required)** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer * Supervisory experience over technical staff * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems. * Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. **Basic Knowledge of:** * Power and Control * Warehouse Management * Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency * English (Desirable) * Technical knowledge in Electricity, Electrical Diagram Interpretation, Mechanics, Pneumatics, Instrumentation, Hydraulics, Electronics. **WE OFFER:** -------------- ### **Our offer is $23,000 per month before taxes** Food vouchers: 7% above assigned salary \= $1,610 per month (Vales enreed card) Christmas bonus: 30 days per year * ️ 12 vacation days upon completion of first year (100% vacation premium) Life insurance (covering accidental or natural death) Major medical expenses coverage for you, your spouse, and dependent children under age 18 Savings fund (once the plant is operational) Direct employment contract with the company Statutory benefits from day one (100% IMSS registration) Annual profit-sharing ### **Rotating Shifts:** **6am–2pm, 2pm–9:30pm, and 10pm–6am (Rotating Rest Days)** **Availability to rotate across all three shifts.** **Location:** km. 1\.9, San Martin Al Verde, San Martin de Las Flores, 45629 San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jalisco
