Coordinate vehicle roadside assistance and reduce recurrence of failures Job Profile: **Mechanical Workshop Supervisor** Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the workshop operates with its staff (mechanics and specialists) across two shifts and on-call duty every day of the year (365 days); guaranteeing resolution of various mechanical failures affecting a vehicle fleet of 200 units (models no older than 3 years), based on preventive and corrective maintenance programs—both inside and outside the facility within the Guadalajara metropolitan area. **Main Responsibilities:** * Full team working during assigned shifts. * Facilities maintained in optimal condition to receive the vehicle fleet. * Monitoring of maintenance programs. * Coordination with parts warehouse supervisor to ensure availability of components required for repairs. * Coordination of off-site vehicle roadside assistance for vehicles experiencing failures. * Reduction of failures through analysis and documentation, preventing recurrence in such repairs or warranty claims due to defective parts from manufacturers or external workshops. * Working hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. * Experience in inventory management, crew supervision, and general mechanics. * Vehicle fleet includes NP300, ¡S!0, RAM Super Duty 3500, and Ford 3500.
