Service-oriented attitude and responsibility A prominent Japanese restaurant is seeking: **Sushi Chef / Kitchen Assistant** **Benefits** * Weekly salary of $2,500 to $2,700 (gross, depending on skills) \+ tips (approx. $600 weekly) * Statutory benefits * Job stability * $250 weekly transportation allowance. **Requirements** * Service-oriented attitude, interest in and passion for cooking, desire for self-improvement, responsible and punctual. * Age between 18 and 30. **Responsibilities** * Conduct daily raw material inspections to prevent delays and shortages. * Monitor usage of raw materials and waste generation, as well as report deterioration of kitchen tools. * Prepare necessary ingredients for operations (e.g., pre-cooked meats, bowl bases, fruits and vegetables). * Perform cutting tasks for vegetables or other ingredients requiring slicing. * Follow recipes for ordered dishes precisely. * Maintain ingredient containers adequately stocked to avoid production delays. * Submit daily reports on waste, returns, or production errors to the Manager or immediate Supervisor. * Submit weekly inventory reports of prepared foods to the immediate Supervisor. * Perform general kitchen cleaning together with utility staff and other kitchen personnel. * Collect kitchen waste and dispose it in designated areas; clean kitchen ducts and exhaust systems biweekly. **Schedule** * Morning shift: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with one day off per week. * Afternoon shift: Monday to Thursday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM; Friday to Sunday, 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM. * Rotating shifts. **Location** * Plaza D’lucca (Valle Real area) * Av.
