CHEMICAL COMPANY SEEKING HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS: * Male or female * Age 25–40 * Completed bachelor’s degree * Flexible availability regarding working hours * Residence no more than one hour away from the workplace * Willingness to travel to other locations within the city * Minimum two years of verifiable experience in this role * Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities * Ability to work under pressure RESPONSIBILITIES: * Recruitment through various channels (flyer distribution, job postings, job fairs, online portals, etc.) * Distribution of uniforms * Updating employee files * Ongoing training sessions on team building, fire extinguishers, etc. * Payroll processing and payment disbursement to staff * Researching and implementing new employee benefits * Submission of reports including work plans and improvement strategies for the company * Workplace environment activities * Miscellaneous duties WE OFFER: * Weekly salary payments * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Monday to Friday work schedule * No rotating weekend shifts The workplace is located in the La Duraznera neighborhood—please take this into account, as it is part of the requirements.
