Within our Business Unit, we are looking for a Customer Success DAAS professional to lead contract renewals, drive expansion of the installed base, and ensure proper portfolio adoption. This role is critical to ensuring customer success, satisfaction, and continuity of delivered value. What will you do in this role? * Manage key metrics such as Churn Rate and Expansion Rate using the Customer Success methodology. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM, adhering to established policies. * Obtain and maintain required manufacturer certifications to ensure an optimal level of consultative selling. * Promote emerging portfolio solutions and new manufacturer-selected opportunities. * Ensure strict adherence to internal processes and coordination with manufacturers and distributors. * Contribute to value delivery by generating evidence such as reports, metrics, and Success Stories. * Accompany the customer throughout the adoption process—from the Welcome Kit to monthly and performance reports. Requirements * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. * Experience: 1 year in sales, contract management, administration, or customer service. * Work model: Hybrid. * Personal vehicle: Preferred. * Willingness to travel occasionally.
