A food industry company specializing in highly perishable products is seeking: WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR. We seek a productive, organized individual with proven experience in cold chain and perishable product handling—such as fruits, vegetables, sprouts, and fresh foods—who enjoys coordinating teams and ensuring efficient shipping, inventory, and product preservation operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assign and supervise tasks to operational staff. • Inspect equipment, work areas, and storage conditions. • Inspect incoming products upon warehouse and cold room entry. • Prepare daily inventories and ensure their accuracy. • Coordinate shipments to Distribution Centers according to requests. • Manage operational forms and quality records. • Supervise shipment cleanliness, food safety, and traceability. • Ensure compliance with the FIFO system. • Prevent delays and product losses. • Maintain productivity and efficient resource control. REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum 4 years of experience in warehousing and cold chain operations. • Experience handling highly perishable products: fruits, vegetables, sprouts, and fresh foods. • Experience supervising operational personnel. • Flexible availability for work schedule. • Personal vehicle required. • Stable employment history and verifiable references. • Organized, responsible, and results-oriented individual. WORK CONDITIONS: • Primarily on-site and in cold rooms. • Environment with low temperature and high humidity. • Dynamic operations and continuous supervision.
