Professional development and job stability Job Objective Provide first-level operational support to Zafiro ERP users, ensuring the system operates correctly through ticket handling, process implementation, information analysis, and continuous support to operational departments during ERP implementation and operation. Requirements Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Systems, Computer Science, IT, or related field. Experience in technical or operational support. Proficiency with ERPs or enterprise management systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills and user-oriented service attitude. Key Responsibilities Implement required processes to ensure proper ERP functionality. Create, manage, and review operational processes and policies. Handle and resolve technical support tickets. Perform and supervise system layouts, backups, adjustments, and configurations. Analyze and evaluate operational reports from the IT department. Verify that information complies with requirements specified by Zafiro vendor. Guide and support users to ensure timely delivery of reports. Maintain clear communication with key users and operational departments. Promote effective communication during implementation processes. Provide operational support before, during, and after ERP implementation. Ensure support during the transition to the new ERP system. Track and ensure second-level support handling with Zafiro vendor. Propose improvements to system processes and operations. Skills Effective communication. Problem solving.
