Opportunity for professional growth Urgent hiring due to company growth; **HR Generalist** Main Responsibilities: * Talent Acquisition and Selection: Execute recruitment processes (posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and onboarding). * Payroll Administration and Pre\-Payroll: Supervise attendance tracking, payroll-related incidents, benefits administration, and personnel file maintenance. * Culture and Labor Relations: Foster a positive organizational climate, mediate internal conflicts, and ensure compliance with current labor legislation. * Support management in various activities.
