The person in this role will be responsible for leading field staff to ensure maximum-quality harvests, carry out cultural operations, and maintain the ranch’s operational order. **Work and residence location:** Ocotlán, Jalisco Experience / Requirements: * Field leader with \+3 years of experience managing work crews (large groups of field laborers), knowledge of berries (preferably raspberry), and basic knowledge of harvest reports and logs; * Mandatory availability to reside on the ranch, ensuring operational continuity and supervision; * Personnel management: recruitment, supervision of harvest and cultural operations, attendance control, and conflict resolution; * Quality: supervise harvesting at optimal fruit maturity and with full food safety compliance; * Field discipline: ensure adherence to work regulations and proper plant management; * Strong character, honesty, and excellent interpersonal skills.
