Job Summary: A leading printer company is seeking a Printer Engineer to configure, install, repair, and maintain equipment while providing technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Handle and resolve technical support tickets LEADING PRINTER COMPANY REQUIRES: PRINTER ENGINEER **Requirements**: Age: 20 years or older Experience: Minimum one year as a printer technician; experience with computers is essential Education: Technical or professional degree in systems, informatics, communications, or related field Flexible working hours Responsibilities: Configure and install new printers Repair defective equipment, primarily printers Perform preventive and corrective maintenance Handle and resolve technical support tickets Provide excellent customer service and support.
