Collaboration within multidisciplinary teams to ensure operational continuity. **IT Technical Support Engineer** ----------------------------------- ### **Job Objective** Provide technical support to shop floor control systems and end users, ensuring operational continuity, timely incident response, and continuous improvement of technological processes within the organization. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, or related field. * Basic to intermediate English proficiency. * Minimum 1 year of experience supporting shop floor control systems. * Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networks. * Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Linux). * Basic knowledge of PL/SQL. * Experience in end-user support. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. * Analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. * Focus on continuous improvement. * Interest in and enthusiasm for process automation. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to manufacturing and shop floor control systems. * Diagnose and resolve incidents related to hardware, software, and networks. * Document incidents, resolutions, and implemented improvements. * Track support tickets and service requests. * Support implementation of process improvements and automation. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure operational continuity. ### **Competencies** * Proactivity * Organization * Effective communication * Results orientation * Customer service
