**Leading technology company in growth phase** seeks a results-oriented commercial profile with expertise in high-level negotiation and sales closing. **Location:** Av. Vallarta (Los Cubos area), Zapopan, Jalisco **Schedule:** Monday to Friday \| 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. **Work Model:** Hybrid scheme (remote work \+ office) **What will you do in this role?** You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and closing e-commerce service sales to enterprises: * Daily cold prospecting and lead generation * Presenting commercial solutions to potential clients * Negotiating with decision-makers (managers, directors, partners) * Timely follow-up with prospects and clients (pre- and post-sales) * Closing sales and achieving commercial objectives * CRM administration and updates * Participation in commercial strategies and sales meetings **Profile we are looking for** * Bachelor’s degree in administrative fields, communications, or related disciplines (in progress or completed) * **\+3 years of B2B sales experience (services)** * Demonstrable experience in: * Cold prospecting * Sales closing * High-level enterprise negotiation * CRM, Office, and Google Drive usage * Strong results orientation and goal achievement **Key competencies** * Excellent communication and persuasion skills * Strategic negotiation * Organization and time management * Resilience and ability to work under pressure * Proactivity, discipline, and commercial focus * Adaptability to hybrid model (70% office) **We offer** * Base salary: **$12,000 monthly** * **10% commissions with no cap (unlimited income)** * Bonus for achieving objectives * Statutory benefits * Ongoing training in sales and technology * A tangible professional growth plan **Why join us?** You will become part of a technology-sector company undergoing expansion, offering real development opportunities, competitive income, and a high-performance-oriented environment. **Application** Send your updated CV with photograph.
