




Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll and Human Resources Analyst to manage payroll processes, payroll incidents, and procedures with various institutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the preparation and processing of weekly and biweekly payroll. 2. Handles procedures before IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. 3. Calculates IMSS contributions, taxes, and variable amounts, ensuring regulatory compliance. With over 14 years in the market, extensive experience, and a national and international focus. ✨ We generate solutions through nutritional products that inspire a healthy lifestyle! ✨ **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \-Prepare and process weekly and biweekly payroll \-Apply payroll deductions and incidents and ensure correct deduction \-Carry out, control, and archive incident documentation for payroll, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), profit-sharing (PTU), and severance payments (finiquitos) \-Register INFONAVIT and FONACOT transactions \-Register employee disabilities (incapacities) \-Enter data into SUA system \-Process employee onboarding (altas), offboarding (bajas), modifications, and IDSE issuances \-Perform monthly and bimonthly IMSS contribution calculations and submit for payment \-Calculate IMSS variables \-Send payroll receipts and obtain employee signatures for recordkeeping \-Calculate employee meal allowances, punctuality bonuses, and attendance bonuses \-Comply with IMSS and Tax Administration (Hacienda) regulations and rules \-Request and deliver bank cards to newly hired employees \-Calculate vacation bonus (prima vacacional) \-Perform annual tax calculation on payroll \-Generate pre-payroll reports and document archives \-Determine occupational risk premium (prima de riesgo de trabajo) \-Determine food voucher (vale de despensa) payments and disbursements \-Handle procedures at IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT offices **REQUIREMENTS:** \-Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Social Security Law, Income Tax Law, as well as calculations for year-end bonus (aguinaldo), severance (finiquito), payroll, profit-sharing (PTU), and variable calculations \-Knowledge of IDSE, SUA, NOMIPAQ, SIPARE, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT systems \-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field \-Minimum 2 years of experience \-2 years of experience using NOMIPAQ **WE OFFER:** Work schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Statutory benefits Biweekly salary Subsidized cafeteria Employee discount Free monthly product Birthday voucher Free beverages and desserts Food vouchers: $700 monthly Punctuality bonus: $352\.12 biweekly Attendance bonus: $352\.12 biweekly Funeral assistance, free medical exams, dental plan assistance, home assistance (plumbing, locksmithing, glass repair), emergency ground ambulance, roadside assistance, discounts on major and minor medical expense insurance, discounts on optical services and specialist consultations.
