At **FIBRAS ÓPTICAS DE MÉXICO**, we specialize in the manufacturing, sale, and distribution of optical fiber cable for the largest internet service and telecommunications companies in Latin America. **We are seeking**: **BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER** **Responsibilities:** * Gemba Walk on the production floor * Review of critical KPIs from the previous day * Daily leadership meeting * Synchronization with planner and sales representative * Conversations to understand customer requisitions, changes, or issues * Weekly performance meetings * Weekly review of sales forecast and production plan * Monthly financial review * Quarterly business review with the customer * Annual planning and budgeting * Crisis management * Negotiation of contracts or pricing * Evaluation of new technologies or investment projects **Requirements:** * Industrial, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related degree * **Proven experience leading business units, production, processes, supply chain, quality, and maintenance.** * English level B2 * Availability Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. **We offer:** * Tax-free salary * Direct employment contract * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Continuous training * Growth opportunities Are you ready to advance your professional career?
