Position Objective Ensure and guarantee effective recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent for commercial, administrative, managerial, and operational positions. Provide support throughout the entire process—from profile definition to post-hiring follow-up—ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and requesting leaders. Main Responsibilities Profile gathering and analysis with area leaders. Conducting competency-based interviews (STAR model). Application and interpretation of psychometric tests. Candidate follow-up during and after hiring. Ensuring quality and service in every selection process. Implementing Recruitment 4.0 and digital attraction strategies. Requirements Easy access to Technology Park Completed bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection. Excellent presentation and customer service attitude. Knowledge in psychometric test interpretation. Proactivity, initiative, and results-oriented mindset.
