Opportunity for leaders with financial vision and strategic focus Treasury Manager Guadalajara **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term **Location:** Av. de las Américas Providencia, 44630 Guadalajara, Jal **Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Salary:** $60,000 to $80,000 MXN gross per month (based on experience) **Position Objective:** Plan, coordinate, and control the company’s treasury management to ensure fund availability for meeting financial obligations and optimizing the efficient use of financial resources. **Main Responsibilities:** Oversee and forecast daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow. Manage bank accounts and relationships with financial institutions. Authorize and control payments to suppliers, payroll, taxes, and other financial commitments. Identify financial risks and propose hedging strategies. Evaluate opportunities to invest cash surpluses in secure financial instruments. Prepare periodic reports on treasury status. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies. **Position Requirements:** **Education:** Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. (Mandatory) **Minimum Experience:** 5 years in treasury functions and at least 2 years in a leadership role. **Language:** Conversational English. (Mandatory) Knowledge of cash management, electronic banking, hedging strategies, and tax regulations.
