Focus on customer satisfaction and retention **Job Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. * B2B sales experience (preferred). * **Passion for sales.** * Knowledge of CAD/CAM and refrigeration. **Job Responsibilities** * Advise customers on the sale of materials, equipment, contracts, and services. * Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Visit customers to understand their needs and provide solutions. * Conduct customer service satisfaction evaluations and follow up accordingly. **We Offer** * Base salary as stated in the posting \+ commissions. * Productivity bonus and food vouchers. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday.
