***REQUIREMENTS:***
\* Age 30 or older
\* Degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
\* 3 to 5 years of experience in supervisory or coordination roles within industrial plants
***POSITION OBJECTIVE:***
Lead and supervise the execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for infrastructure, machinery, and peripheral equipment, ensuring maximum asset availability and compliance with safety standards.
***KNOWLEDGE:***
\* Maintenance of cold-runner and hot-runner plastic injection molds
\* Maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF) and TPM
\* Plastic injection processes
\* Lean Manufacturing
\* Personnel management
\* Mold changeover
***RESPONSIBILITIES:***
· Monitor the contingency response plan for incidents occurring within the company.
· Supervise and manage assigned personnel.
· Administer costs for corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
· Collaborate with support departments.
· Administer maintenance of work equipment.
· Knowledge of plastic injection processes.
· Annual evaluation of assigned personnel.
· Deployment of objectives for assigned personnel.
· TPM implementation.
· Participation in continuous improvement projects.
· Provide support to mold maintenance personnel to enable effective job performance.
· Implementation of improvements in mold maintenance, production, and facilities areas.
