




**Position: Cost and Budget Analyst** **Job Description:** Develop, analyze, and structure Public and Private Bids, as well as Budgets, Concept Catalogs, Material Breakdowns, and Unit Prices for construction projects (Civil Works, Building, Hydraulic, Electromechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation), ensuring technical accuracy and economic competitiveness. **Responsibilities:** * **Quantity takeoff:** Interpret client drawings, models, and technical specifications to obtain detailed quantities of work by discipline. * **Preparation of concept catalogs:** Generate and organize concept catalogs according to bidding requirements. * **Unit price development:** Develop unit prices using Opus or Neodata platforms, integrating direct costs for materials, labor, tools, and equipment. * **Calculation of indirect factors:** Include percentages for indirect costs, financing, and profit margin. * **Cost research and analysis:** Conduct supplier quotations and comparisons to keep price databases up to date. * **Support in bids and economic proposals:** Structure and deliver complete budgets. * **Cost optimization:** Identify opportunities for savings or efficiency in unit price analyses and comprehensive proposals. **Required Profile** **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related field. **Minimum Experience:** * 3 verifiable years of experience in budgeting, unit price analysis, and cost control within construction or industrial engineering companies. * Essential experience in preparing Public and Private Bids. * Experience in construction projects (civil works, building, hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, etc.). **Technical Skills:** * Advanced proficiency in Opus or Neodata. * Advanced Excel skills. * Proficiency in AutoCAD (DWG files) for advanced interpretation of drawings and technical specifications. * Knowledge of construction standards and concept catalogs. **Benefits and Opportunities:** * Competitive salary and statutory benefits. * Significant opportunities for professional growth and development within the company. * Immediate hiring. * Collaborative work environment in an established company currently expanding.
