Responsible for managing and organizing, ensuring through strategies that all units remain in efficient service conditions. Ensure that preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out timely and properly, while also maintaining records of units that have received maintenance. In charge of purchases and supplier services, applying established policies. Review information systems and procedures to enable effective and timely control of the entire departmental process. Control and monitor optimization of department costs, continuously supervising key performance indicators within the area and verifying compliance. Lead the team, supervising that operations remain aligned with established plans or programs. Responsible for defining distribution and logistics strategies that ensure proper control of tools, vehicles, and work area locations, aiming to streamline maintenance operations and maintain personnel safety. Responsible for supervising the correct management of the vehicle registry for all units (serial number, license plates, technical specifications, etc.). Implement necessary mechanisms to ensure all units have a preventive maintenance plan and that required spare parts inventory is available for this purpose. Develop staggered maintenance schedules for units to avoid interference with normal service operations. Maintain daily communication with the Operations department to obtain information on routes not covered as scheduled due to specific circumstances, and take appropriate actions. Anticipate vehicle availability; must request daily from the Sales department information on special trips scheduled for upcoming days. Verify that the warehouse maintains established maximum and minimum levels for spare parts inventory. In coordination with General Management, participate in the preparation of the annual Maintenance Department budget.
