Responsibilities: * Receive and assist visitors, clients, and suppliers. * Operate the switchboard and route calls. * Manage and deliver correspondence and packages. * Provide administrative support and file documents. * Schedule appointments and meetings. * Manage reservations for meeting rooms. * Keep the reception area clean and orderly. * Prepare files and documentation. * Support the recruitment department.
