**Service Supervisor – Private Security (Day Shift)** **Job Description** An established private security company is seeking a Service Supervisor for the day shift. We are looking for professionals with proven experience in operational coordination and personnel management, committed to service quality and continuous improvement. **Requirements** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in operational supervision or similar roles. * Valid driver's license (mandatory). * Availability to work 12-hour daytime shifts. * Leadership, effective communication, and incident resolution skills. **Main Responsibilities:** * Schedule and coordinate daily coverage in collaboration with the operations leader. * Report leaves, vacancies, disabilities, vacations, and absences. * Develop strategies to ensure 100% service coverage. * Supervise and follow up on action plans derived from quality evaluations. * Verify attendance records and administrative documentation for payroll. * Supervise and reinforce on-site training for operational staff. * Establish efficient supervision routes. * Resolve incidents and address needs of supervised personnel. * Ensure utility vehicles are in optimal condition and monitor fuel efficiency. * Prepare specific service instructions. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary: $12,000 to $14,000 (based on qualifications).
