Responsibilities: * Design, document, and ensure compliance with processes. * Prepare payment forecasts and aging reports. * Monitor payments and ensure timely execution. * Collaborate with the accounting team on bank reconciliations. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records. * Assist in the preparation of financial reports. * Vendor management. Requirements: * Previous experience in a similar role as supervisor/coordinator. * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Knowledge of accounting principles and Mexican tax regulations. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Intermediate to Advanced Excel. * SAP ERP knowledge required.
