Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive mark on the world! **Employment Type** Trust-based **Position Objective** Define, implement, execute, and oversee Grupo PiSA’s IT Operational Continuity Strategy to ensure operational resilience of Infrastructure and Critical Applications (including the SAP Ecosystem), thereby guaranteeing business-critical systems’ availability in accordance with internal customers’ requirements. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Define and execute the IT Operational Continuity Strategy, ensuring the availability, resilience, and continuous evolution of business-critical services—including the SAP Ecosystem and technology infrastructure. * Lead 24/7 operations of technology infrastructure (data centers, servers, networks, cloud, and critical platforms), ensuring proper functionality, service stability, and effective handling of requests. * Strategically manage proactive incident and high-priority problem resolution, ensuring risk mitigation and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) established with business units. * Lead innovation, automation, and continuous improvement projects in IT and infrastructure operations to optimize processes, reduce risk exposure, and increase operational efficiency. * Lead strategic vendor management and administration of key support and technology service contracts essential for continuity, ensuring collaborative relationships with high standards of rigor and performance. * Ensure SLA compliance and service quality for outsourced services and external vendor relationships, guaranteeing appropriate response times and effective support. * Guarantee the availability, performance, and security of network infrastructure and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Webex), strengthening internal organizational communication and collaboration. **Experience** * 6 years: SAP (modules including manufacturing, logistics, finance, etc.) * 6 years: IT Governance * 6 years: Strategic vendor management * 6 years: IT operations and infrastructure management (data center, servers, networks, cloud, help desk). **Knowledge** * Solid knowledge of technology infrastructure, service monitoring, incident management, and information security. * ITIL, COBIT methodologies, and risk management frameworks (ISO 31000). * Information security and regulatory compliance * SAP * Pharmaceutical industry (desirable) **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field **Languages** * Advanced English At Grupo PiSA, we prohibit violence and discrimination, promoting equal opportunity, inclusion, and diversity.
